Geomagic Qualify enables fast, accurate, graphical comparisons between digital reference models (CAD models or scanned physical models) and as-built parts for first-article inspection, production inspection and supplier quality management. A comprehensive report generator integrates multiple views including 2D and 3D dimensions, cross sections and GD&T callouts, as well as charts and tables in a variety of formats.

Test different scenarios in a single inspection process
Creating the ideal inspection process often requires you to first experiment with a few different options. Geomagic Qualify lets you define multiple reference models and inspections in a single file so you can easily switch between different as-designed models and inspection routines for what-if scenarios and different nominal geometry.
Improved integration between Studio and Qualify
Because a number of projects involve both design and inspection, integration between Studio and Qualify is important to many users. With version 11, both Qualify and Studio are built from the same core technology, ensuring consistency between shared functions and file compatibility between the two applications
New feature constructions extend analysis options
Options for constructing new features further extend Geomagic Qualify’s analysis toolset - speeding and simplifying the inspection process. You can easily simulate tab and slot alignment by defining and validating two parallel slides in the reference object. In addition, you can easily create user-defined mid-points when necessary.
